Yes, you can easily change the band on your apple watch. Simply hold down the release button on the back of your watch, and the band should slide out. If the band doesn’t slide out, press the band release button again and make sure that you hold it down.
When you insert the new band into your apple watch, please make sure the band is not “upside down”. Look at the adapter, and make sure the side with the metal middle piece is facing the under-side of your watch. When the adapter is properly inserted into the groove you should hear a soft click as the watch locks onto the band. If you put it the wrong way around and the band does not “click” in, the band is probably not attached correctly. We recommend you double-check that the band is correctly installed before wearing it.

Each of our watch bands can be attached to Apple Watch models including the Series 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 and SE.
Choose “38mm / 40mm / 41mm” if your Apple Watch is:

The first thing you’ll want to do is slide the opening of the band onto the watch and push firmly until it clicks into place.
Next, you will need to pull the overlapping end on top of the other end of the band until it snaps into place.
Finally, adjust the length by sliding one side of the band over or under around your arm.
Apple Watch bands can be washed, but you’ll need to purchase a special cleaning kit and do it carefully. The kit is easy to use and will keep the band in good condition.
